Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM & Sunday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Check in start at 3:00 PM. Check out is at or before 11:00 AM.

Security Deposit

Upon check in a $ 100,– deposit is mandatory, this amount will be returned the day of check out if everything is in good condition.

Cleaning of the rooms

Occupied rooms are cleaned by our housekeeping staff on the 4th day of your stay. ( Day of arrival count as the 1st day)
Beach/pool towels, fresh room towels, or extra room towels can be requested during office hours at the front desk between 9 am and 4 pm.

Final cleaning fee per apartment is $ 30,–

Property rules and regulations

Once checked in, every guest must wear the wristbands provided by the front desk. Noise disturbance is not permitted in the common area after 11:00 PM. One bedroom prices include max. 2 guests. Two bedroom prices include max. 4 guests. Extra guests in a one bedroom: $10.00 USD per night / person (max 2). Extra guests in a two bedroom: $10.00 USD per night / person (max 2). Glass items at risk of breaking are not permitted in or around the pool. Late check out after 11:00 AM costs $40.00 USD ON AVAILABILITY. Only registered hotel guests are allowed on property. If you have guests/family or friends visiting during your stay we offer a DAY PASS for US $ 10,– per person per day. These guests can stay at the property from 9 am till 9 pm. Guests need to register at the front desk and will receive a colored wristband.

For reservations or information about island activities, restaurants, car rentals, night life, shopping, entertainment and Aruba’s famous casino’s please visit our front desk Agent from Monday till Saturday between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Sunday between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. We are happy to help you.
